My current rate is $135 for a 50-minute session, and $245 for a 90-minute session. I do not participate with any insurance panels, and therefore am considered an "out-of-network" provider. I encourage you to call the member services phone number on your insurance card and ask:

1) What is your deductible when you see an out-of-network behavioral health provider?

2) Once that deductible is met, what percentage does your insurance reimburse?

3) How many visits are you allowed per calendar year?

4) Does your benefit vary if it is individual therapy versus family therapy?
