I have over twenty five years of experience in providing therapy to adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, and have particular interest in and professional experience with substance abuse, sexual abuse and trauma, grief, life transitions, anxiety and depression.

I’m a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, and a Lead Trainer with the Internal Family Systems Institute. I provide trainings, supervision and consultation in the IFS model.
