About Therapy
Therapy can help if….
I generally meet with clients one time per week until we decide that the problem has become less acute and the frequency of sessions can be reduced. Some clients come more than once a week depending on the nature of the difficulty. It all depends, and we can discuss this together and throughout our work together.
Please feel free to give me a call with any questions or to schedule an appointment. I can be reached at 703 599 1478, or via email at kirsten@kirstenlundeberg.com.
